Y ah\u00ed est\u00e1 tu negocio."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Llevamos a\u00f1os viendo el mismo patr\u00f3n en equipos comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entra un lead.<br>Se llama.<br>No cierra.<br>Se archiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y as\u00ed, mes tras mes, dejamos ir la mayor parte del pipeline real. No porque vendamos mal. Porque vendemos a destiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El concepto que cambia esto se llama <em>lead nurturing<\/em> \u2014 nutrir leads. Y aunque suena a t\u00e9rmino de marketing, describe algo muy concreto: acompa\u00f1ar a un prospecto con informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil y contacto constante hasta que est\u00e9 listo para comprar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es vender en cada interacci\u00f3n. Es estar presente de forma \u00fatil mientras el cliente decide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>El impacto real del lead nurturing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HubSpot<\/a> public\u00f3 dos cifras que valen una reuni\u00f3n completa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Las empresas que nutren a sus leads cierran 20% m\u00e1s oportunidades de venta.<\/li><li>Y generan 50% m\u00e1s prospectos listos para comprar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Misma base.<br>Mismo equipo.<br>Otro proceso.<br>Otro resultado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>1. El lead fr\u00edo no es un lead malo. Es un lead temprano.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando un prospecto escucha la propuesta y dice \u201clo voy a pensar\u201d, la mayor\u00eda de los vendedores lo da por perdido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La realidad es otra: ese cliente lleva semanas investigando antes de llamar. No est\u00e1 rechaz\u00e1ndote. Est\u00e1 procesando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El que se mantenga presente entre esa llamada y su decisi\u00f3n final es el que cierra. No necesariamente el que ofreci\u00f3 el mejor precio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>2. En servicios, la venta se gana antes de la llamada de venta.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El precio siempre va a pesar. Pero entre dos cotizaciones cercanas, decide la confianza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y la confianza no se construye en una reuni\u00f3n de 45 minutos. Se construye en los meses anteriores, donde alguien le mand\u00f3 el caso de una operaci\u00f3n parecida a la suya, le comparti\u00f3 un dato \u00fatil de su industria, o simplemente le pregunt\u00f3 c\u00f3mo iba el proyecto que mencion\u00f3 la \u00faltima vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando llega el momento de cotizar, ya decidi\u00f3. Solo est\u00e1 confirmando con qui\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>3. El costo de no nutrir no se ve en el CRM.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ve en los leads que el competidor cerr\u00f3 seis meses despu\u00e9s de que nosotros los descartamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ve en los clientes que regresaron al mercado y no se acordaron de nosotros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generar leads cuesta.<br>Perderlos por mal seguimiento cuesta m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Por d\u00f3nde empezar el lunes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutrir leads no requiere una plataforma nueva ni un equipo nuevo. Requiere decisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Segmenta tus leads<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide tus leads en tres grupos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Los que apenas te conocieron.<\/li><li>Los que ya entendieron que tienen un problema.<\/li><li>Los que est\u00e1n comparando propuestas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada uno necesita una conversaci\u00f3n distinta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Define un contacto \u00fatil al mes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00ednimo uno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede ser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Un caso de cliente.<\/li><li>Un dato de industria.<\/li><li>Una pregunta honesta sobre su operaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No vende, aporta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esa es la diferencia entre estar presente y ser ruido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Reescribe la definici\u00f3n de \u201clead perdido\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un lead que no cerr\u00f3 este mes no est\u00e1 perdido.
