Combina los primeros 8 ingredientes en una olla grande y lleva a ebullici\u00f3n. Cocina por 5 minutos o hasta que el az\u00facar y la sal se disuelvan. Deja enfriar completamente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Coloca el pavo dentro de una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico. Agrega la mezcla de sidra y el hielo. Asegura las bolsas amarrando varias veces. Refrigera de 12 a 24 horas, volteando ocasionalmente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Retira el pavo del brine, enjuaga bien bajo agua fr\u00eda y seca con toallas de papel. Recorta y desecha el exceso de grasa. Deja reposar el pavo a temperatura ambiente durante 1 hora.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Coloca una parrilla en el tercio inferior del horno y precalienta a 400\u00baF.<\/p>\r\n \r\n<p>En un bowl, con una cuchara de madera, bate la mantequilla, las hierbas y la pimienta hasta que est\u00e9n bien mezcladas. Esparce la mezcla de mantequilla uniformemente sobre el exterior del pavo. Amarra el pavo como m\u00e1s gustes con hilo de cocina.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Coloca el pavo, con la pechuga hacia arriba en la parrilla, usando una sart\u00e9n grande para asar y horn\u00e9alo por 45 minutos. Cubre el pavo con papel de aluminio, luego reduce la temperatura del horno a 325\u00baF y contin\u00faa asando, rociando cada 30 minutos con los jugos de la sart\u00e9n.
